Featured Artist: N’yce

For today’s blog post, I would like to take a moment to feature an up and coming artist. I had the opportunity to listen to this artist’s amazing songs and lyrics and I am super excited to be able to share his work with you.

 

N’yce is a 20 year old hip-hop and R&B artist from Queens New York. His love for music started at a young age when his aunt put him in a church choir at age 9. Soon after he began playing piano and drums as well. At age 13 he started writing poetry which then later turned into rap.

 

At only two months old, he was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma which is an eye cancer witch left him totally blind. He decided to pursue a music career and he is currently getting

ready to release his debut album entitled evolution.

 

The Queen’s native is very proud to be from Queens, as he often mentions it on a lot of his songs. He says he loves to embrace his town and whatever he gets he’s going to give back to his city.

 

“I would love to inspire as many people as I can”, says N’yce, and that is why he is so passionate and serious about his craft. His latest song is on all online digital stores and he has very impressive view counts on YouTube. His debut album is set to release early

2016 and I for one am super excited about hearing what this honest, passionate and talented artist has to offer!
